Great recipe to make use of broccoli leaves from your garden, which are very healthy and nutritious. In supermarket you most likely won't come around broccoli leaves, best substitute for this is a whole kale head.

Ingredients
5 potatoes(average size)
sauté
1 onion(medium sized, diced)
1 bowl of broccoli leaves(roughly sliced, supplement by kale)
spices
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp caraway seeds(whole)
4 garlic cloves(minced)
½ tsp salt
water
2 tsp chicken stock concentrate
1500 ml water
serve with...
100 g Squared Bacon, or HotDog(fry on pan, serve on top)
Directions

- Sauté diced onions on medium heat until translucent.
- Add sweet and smoked paprika and heat through.
- Add broccoli leafs and sauté for minute.
- Add potatoes, and all remaining spices, caraway, salt.
- Add chicken stock and mix well and pressure cook for 10 minutes on 60kpa with Auto Quick release.
- Transfer to serving bowls and top with pan fried bacon or hotdog.
