Jeera Aloo Sabzi recipe is one of the simplest recipes. Delicately spiced potatoes roasted along with cumin and turmeric and traditionally spiced with either green chillies and or red chillies.

6 Potatoes(cleaned and squared)

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Butter
Spices
1 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Dry Coriander leaves
1 tsp Turmeric Powder(can be supplemented by curry powder)
1 tsp Garam Masala(can be supplemented by curry powder)
1 tsp Chili(or fresh chili)
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Asafetida
Optional
1 cup brussel sprouts or peas...
Directions

- Mix all spice ingredients together.
- Heat butter and oil on non stick pan, add potatoes.
- Add spice mixture to potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes well browned.
- Serve with sour cream or yogurt.
- Garnish with parsley, cilantro or spring onions.
