- Coat chicken lightly in flour.
- Sear the chicken till well browned.
- Once done remove from pot and set aside.

- Deglaze with white wine scraping all the fond.
- Add blitzed tomatoes, salt and pepper.

- Oven takes approximately 45 minutes on 356F or 180C.
- On stove use instant read thermometer.
