Ingredients
200 g Feta Cheese(one package)
2 Garlic Cloves
15 Cherry Tomatoes(depends on size)
1 Red Onion
Fresh Herbs, Majoran, Oregano, Parsley(or dry)
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

Chilli Flakes, or Fresh Chilli

This recipe became viral on TikTok. It seems kinda weird to bake feta cheese but it actually works. Recipe is very easy to execute and makes great lunch or dinner.
Directions
Preparation

- Place feta in middle of the oven safe baking tray with higher corners (you will add pasta to this tray, keep that in mind).
- Place around cleaned cherry tomatoes (ideally with stem as well).
- Add sliced onions, garlic with skin (or pealed), chop herbs roughly. Add in any of the optional or ingredient.
- Add salt & pepper and drizzle well with olive oil so all is lightly coated well, and mix well.
Baking

- Place tray in the oven to the middle position on conventional heating (no fan) for 200C.
- Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, util everything is soft and lightly browned.
Combining

- Once cooked, clean stems, peel garlic if it was baked in skin and mash everything well with potato masher.
- Incorporate freshly cooked pasta, ideally penne and optionally.
- Add little bit of pasta water to thin out sauce if too thick.
