Panettone Style Bread

Sweet & rich cake with raisins. Very close to Italian panettone bread. Ideal with coffee or yogurt. This recipe is designed for home bakery which makes things even easier where you just dump the ingredients in the given order and run the baking program.

Dough
...wet ingredients
 3 Full eggs
 175 g Butter
 105 ml Milk
...dry ingredients
 1 tsp Salt
 4 tbsp Sugar
 400 g All-purpose flour
 2 tsp Dry yeast
...other
 130 g Dry raisins

  • Microwave butter in milk until slightly warm.
  • Follow up with mixing wet ingredients then adding dry and lastly yeast.
  • Reserve raisins for later to incorporate once dough is formed.

I'm baking this bread in my Home Bakery on "sweet bread" mode on medium "crust/heat".
I will be adding raisins when Home Bakery will alert me to, which is at last kneading cycle before final proving.
