French Crepe

Pancakes have been around for years and are a staple in many cultures. People enjoyed pancakes as far back as 30,000 years ago during the Stone Age. This pancake recipe is for french variation also known as crepe.

 200 ml Milk
 1 Egg
 100 g All-purpose Flour
 1 pinch Salt

  • Mix all the ingredients to form the batter.
  • Heat up the non stick pan drizzled with oil.
  • Ladle batter to the pan, spread to thin layer.
  • Cook pancake till golden brown from bottom.
  • Flip and cook for few seconds.
